Simon joins the investment team responsible for developing and managing AJ Bell’s investment solutions. These currently include a Managed Portfolio Service and the AJ Bell Passive fund range, both of which have been well received by advisers looking for low-cost and well managed investment solutions that meet their client’s needs.
Simon was previously a portfolio manager at Morningstar where he was responsible for managing a variety of investment solutions.
This is the third new hire AJ Bell has made to its investment team following last week’s appointment of Kevin Doran as chief investment officer and managing director of AJ Bell Investments and Matthew Brennan as fund manager.
Simon will report to AJ Bell’s head of fund selection, Ryan Hughes, who comments:
